small22 inches -> NOT for med/ large dogs as this size will be too short on their chest. Do not order this size for med/large dogs as the bandana will be too short for them.
med-large 29 inches ->my 85 pound lab - wears this size and is easy to double knot.
extra large 33 inches -> my 85 pound lab can also wear this, it has more room to make a knot.

We suggest measuring your dogs neck then add about 4" - 6" to that number so you have plenty of room to tie a double knot. For example is your dog's neck is 15 inches then our extra small 19 inches will be perfect for him and easy to tie on. Cats wear this size.
